Each Rockwell window well is constructed with durable, maintenance-free fiberglass composite that's UV stable – they won't crack, rot or disintegrate even after years of exposure to sunlight, cold or moisture. Their strength also ensures that they won't collapse under pressure. No pea gravel needed, these wells can withstand backfill from excavated soil. Their one-piece assembly also facilitates an easy, stress-free installation.

The Premier Series window wells are suited for most standard applications and feature a built-in step. An optional fire escape ladder is available. The Elite Series are designed for those areas that require a larger height and projection and include built-in safety steps for easy exit. Polycarbonate well covers and steel grates are additional accessories available for both series of wells, made to let light in while keeping dirt, debris, rain and snow out. Both styles of wells will appear to expand your basement – opening it up to fill with natural light and improve air circulation.
