All of the items in this Elite kit comply with the International Residential Code concerning emergency exits for finished basements.


The kit contains:

  • Rockwell fiberglass composite window well in Gray (available in 3 height options).
  • Heavy-duty polycarbonate cover to prevent fall-ins and debris from collecting in the well.
  • Dual-functioning in-swing, single hung window. Available in 2 sizes with your choice of the hinge on the left or right. Made from double paned Low-E glass with a U-value of 0.20.
  • Removable bug screen also included.
