One of these In-Swing Egress Window Kits may be just the thing you need to get your finished basement completed and up to code, especially if you plan to do the work yourself.

The windows within these kits are smaller and easier to fit into tight spaces. In most cases, this allows you to utilize the width already cut for your existing standard window – no need to cut a wider opening into your foundation or consult with an engineer about compromises to the structural integrity of your home. You'll simply extend your current window opening down further to accommodate the code-required height of the new window. This makes the whole project easier (and cheaper too).

As with our standard kits, the In-Swing kits bring light and fresh air into your home. And of course, all our products meet the IRC 2021 requirements.

In-swing window (your choice of casement or single-hung)

Window well (choose from a variety of sizes, colors and finishes)

Escape ladder or built-in steps

Well cover and/or grate (each of our wells has a cover or grate made to fit it specifically)

Our wide range of well sizes, styles and neutral color choices will suit almost any budget or décor. Some of the wells are designed to mimic stone or granite – your neighbors won't be able to tell the difference!
