Description

This in-swing basement casement window is very easy to use and open, and fully compliant with International Building Code regulations. Designed to fit the entire depth of foundation forms, the window installs fast and easy without the need for pouring buck extensions or additional braces. At 27 inches by 45 inches, it will fit many new or renovated basement designs, with a vinyl frame that is maintenance free. The window's fiberglass, full-length screen can be removed from the inside for cleaning. The 3/4-inch insulated Low-E glass is standard with a U-value of 0.28.
