The ScapeWEL kit includes a Bilco escape well, sliding window and well cover to creates both a code-compliant escape route and a good source of natural daylight, opening up an otherwise dark basement.
Made of maintenance-free, high-density polyethylene, the well will never rust, rot or need replacing. Its snap-together component system makes for an easy installation. The well's terraced step design allows for safe egress and doubles as a platform for plants and flowers. Its soft earth tone coloring blends with natural landscaping and virtually any interior decor. Constructed to drain directly into a home's perimeter foundation drain, the well is ideal for both new construction and remodeling projects.
