Description

Basement escape windows are required for lower level living spaces according to the 2009 IRC code. This one piece unit easily allows you to comply with these requirements with a durable makeup and simple installation. The 2060 egress window wells are designed with a 4 foot wide egress window in mind. By adding one of the optional 12" height extension (sold separately) bring the height up to 72". With two, the height increases to 84". This makes the 2060 window well very versatile.
