Made of high-grade steel for both strength and durability, the ladder includes bolt holes for permanent attachment. This well accessory comes in multiple sizes, each with a 12-inch space between each rung and a 4-inch project to comply with the IRC code that regulates finished basement safety. Available in Grey, White and Copper Vein gloss finishes.
