| We bought a window well kit and we are very happy with the products. However, we wish the instructions were more detailed. There was nothing in the instructions about installing a header over the window, or how to install the drain system. They give the very basics but its vague... We're having it inspected tonight so we'll see if we did it right! |

| The kit I bought was good. It's all in and is what I expected. The only not so great was the shipping. Only 1 guy to get it off the truck with no lift gate. Very close to damaging the window. $399 is a lot for that |
